The online web shop is the best way to place an order. It’s convenient and your orders will be processed immediately. Your order can be delivered on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis or via Advance Payment by bank or giro. Please make sure to include the following information in your order: your invoicing and delivery address, the amount ordered and the name (colour code) of the articles you wish to order.

Delivery costs

Delivery and insurance costs in England:

- For orders below € 750.-, an amount of € 30.- will be added for delivery of artificial turf up to 2 meters wide and € 100.- for rolls of 3 and 4 meters.
- For orders over € 750.-, the goods will be delivered free of charge.
- For COD orders we will need to charge an additional fee of € 25.- . GJ Floors is responsible for any damage or loss of your goods during shipment. 

Payment options:

1. Cash on Delivery

If you order on a COD basis, you will be required to pay the amount in full upon delivery to the carrier. It is only possible to pay with (exact) cash.

2. Advance payment to GJ Floors by bank or giro:

You can transfer the amount due into our Rabobank account number 13.12.416.13 in the name of GJ Floors in Genemuiden. Payments must be credited to our account at least 48 hours prior to delivery.

3. Payment iDeal, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and MisterCash.

If you order through our web shop, you will be able to make payment immediately via one of these methods. If you require quick delivery, we advise you to opt for one of these payment methods.


What, where and when can we deliver? Our carrier cannot deliver any goods to POB addresses. Please let us have a street address for your order. 

Delivery time the England

Your order will be delivered within 6 workdays. If an article ordered is not immediately available from stock, we will inform you about the expected delivery time. In consultation, it is possible to receive your goods at a later delivery date. If you wish to receive your goods within 24 hours, please contact us in advance. There are many options available in consultation.

Delivery by carrier:

Pallets, rolls or large packages will be delivered to your doorstep, unless otherwise agreed upon with the driver. Packages will not be delivered to the second floor.


Despite all the care we put into your orders, it can occur that a delivery is not delivered or is incomplete. In that case, you can report this to us up to 5 days after receipt and we will make sure the delivery is completed or redelivered at our expense.

Time of delivery:

If you would like to know at what time your order will be delivered on the day of delivery, you can contact our carrier or you can contact one of our staff members at: +31(0)38 33 75 332 

Day of delivery:

Clients are obliged to be present at the delivery address for the entire day of delivery. Should this not be the case, new delivery costs will be charged. You can choose to have the goods delivered at the front of your home or with your neighbours if you are not able to be present. This is at your own risk!
